Food safety is very important at Kingsmill Foods. We set the standard for quality control and our procedures are the result of experience and extensive testing. Our quality processes encompass purchasing, production, storage and packaging. In fact, every step in our manufacturing and packaging service is checked and double-checked to ensure that the quality is second to none.

Our reputation relies on the quality of our products and services. We ensure that everything that we do, buy, and make meets our stringent standards. Our system is designed to prevent mistakes before they occur.

Our excellent, highly trained team carefully monitors every step of the process. They thoroughly check all in-coming goods, including the cleanliness of trucks making the deliveries. We require a Certificate of Analysis for many of the raw materials delivered to our plant.

In our dedicated in-house laboratory, we check all in-coming goods for quality to ensure that they meet our specifications. Anything that does not meet our high standards is rejected. The Quality Assurance team approves each and every product prior to release to the marketplace.

All packages are checked before they are used to ensure that they are clean and dry. The weights and seals of packages are checked regularly during the production run.
